You must be 18 or older to register on krikye. One account per person. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Krikye processes all transactions in BDT via bKash and Nagad. Minimum deposit ৳100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit and typically complete within three minutes.
All bets are final once confirmed. Krikye reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by errors, technical faults or suspicious activity. Winnings are credited to your krikye wallet after settlement.
All krikye bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Krikye may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
You are responsible for keeping your krikye login credentials secure. Krikye will never ask for your password. Any activity on your account before you report a security breach is your responsibility.
Krikye provides deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion tools. Players who self-exclude cannot create new accounts. Krikye may impose limits on any account at its discretion to protect player welfare.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Krikye ("krikye", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and gaming platform accessible at krikye.app. By registering an account on krikye, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.
Krikye is designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). These Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version for all legal purposes.
To register and use krikye, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
Krikye reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, krikye may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each player is permitted to hold one krikye account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and preferred payment method.
Krikye will send a one-time verification code to the mobile number provided during registration. You must complete this verification step before making any deposit or placing any bet. Accounts that remain unverified for more than 30 days may be closed automatically.
Krikye accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash and Nagad. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though krikye may apply account-level limits at its discretion for responsible gaming or compliance purposes.
Deposits are credited to your krikye wallet in real time once confirmed by the payment provider. Krikye is not responsible for delays caused by bKash, Nagad or any third-party payment infrastructure. If a deposit does not appear in your krikye wallet within 15 minutes, contact krikye support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals from krikye are processed to the same bKash or Nagad account used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Krikye targets a processing time of under three minutes for all withdrawal requests, though this may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.
Before your first withdrawal, krikye may require you to complete a full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and a selfie. This is a one-time process and is required to protect both you and the integrity of the krikye platform.
All bets placed on krikye are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game, as well as these general betting terms. By placing a bet on krikye, you confirm that you understand the market you are betting on and accept the displayed odds at the time of bet placement.
Krikye offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your krikye account credentials. Krikye strongly recommends using a unique password that is not used on any other platform. You should log out of your krikye account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on krikye. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any krikye content without prior written permission.
The krikye name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the krikye brand in any context is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Krikye provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While krikye makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and accurate at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Krikye is not liable for:
Krikye's total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the bet or transaction directly involved in that incident.
Krikye reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, krikye will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of krikye after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of krikye shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through krikye's internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings will be English.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
